In particular, to analyze or predict aspects related to the performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement of the natural person concerned;

The data controller is a natural or legal person, public sector institution, agency or other body that alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing; if the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for his appointment may be stipulated in Union or Member State law;

The authorized processor is a natural or legal person, public sector institution, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

A data set is any organized collection of personal data from which data can be found based on certain criteria, regardless of whether the said data set is centralized, decentralized or distributed on a functional or geographical basis;

The recipient is a natural or legal person, public sector institution, agency or other body to whom personal data is disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party or not. Public sector institutions that may, in accordance with Union or Member State law, receive personal data in connection with a specific request are not considered recipients; the said public sector institutions process the data in question in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations according to the purposes of the processing;

A third party is a natural or legal person, a public sector institution, agency or body, with the exception of the data subject, controller, authorized processor and persons who may process personal data under the direct authority of the controller or authorized processor;

The "consent" of the data subject is a voluntary, specific, informed and unequivocal statement of will by which the data subject, either in the form of a statement or by an action expressing clear consent, agrees to the processing of personal data about him.

What personal data does Tööristamarketcollect and how is it used?

Tööriistamarket wants to make its website as easy to use as possible. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract concluded with the participation of the data subject or for taking measures prior to the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the data subject's request (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)). The above-mentioned personal data can be accessed by the employees of Tööriistamarket. If you submit a request via the contact form, the cooperation partner providing us with IT services may also have access to personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

Retention of personal data collected from inquiries as long as the signed customer agreement is valid. If the customer contract was not signed, then personal data will only be stored for statistical purposes (sales statistics) for 5 years from the date of submission of the request. Tööristamarket has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) in making sales statistics for better planning of its business activities.

Providing service to customers

If Tööriistamarket provides a service or sells a product to you or your company, personal data is also processed and therefore sharing personal data with us is necessary.

We process the personal data of our customers primarily for the preparation, conclusion and execution of customer contracts and offers. To fulfill this purpose, we process the following personal data: names, contact details and job positions of company representatives. We process the listed personal data as long as the contract is in force, and in addition to Tööristamarket employees, the accountants of Järva Tarbijate Ühistu also have access to them. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract concluded with the participation of the data subject or for taking measures prior to the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the data subject's request (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)).

During the customer relationship and 10 years after its end, we process the personal data of our customers for statistical purposes (sales statistics) and for archiving customer contracts.Tööriistamarket has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) to make sales statistics for better planning of its business and to maintain documents related to its customers.

If your company should be in arrears, please know that we will process your personal data to manage the arrears until the arrears are paid. If the invoice is more than two months overdue, we must disclose the debt in public channels, including the creditinfo.ee portal. If the invoice is more than three months overdue, we have to take the debt to court. Tool market has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) to collect debts from its customers, if debts should arise for the services provided to customers.

We process the personal data of our current customers during the customer relationship and the personal data of former customers for 3 years after the end of the customer relationship also for potential resale, i.e. for the preparation of direct marketing of similar services. IMPACT 80/20 has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) in maintaining a business relationship with its current and former customers.

Marketing

Tööristamarket wants to reach its customers and other persons who are interested in receiving direct marketing notifications, bring relevant news about Tööristamarket's services and products, invitations to events organized by Tööristamarket and other information related to Tööristamarket's business sector.

By subscribing to our newsletter on the website, we will send you news about new products, company activities and upcoming events (for example, customer days organized by us) by e-mail. We process your name and email to send you marketing communications by email.

In the case of natural persons, we have to ask for the data subject's consent to send marketing messages by e-mail. If you have not consented to such processing of personal data, we will not process your personal data for this purpose. The consent does not expire, but if you no longer wish to receive marketing messages, you can conveniently remove yourself from the list using the link at the end of the letter ("remove from the list" or "unsubscribe"). You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

When Tool Market sends you an email, Tool Market may collect statistical data about your interaction with that communication, such as whether you opened the email, which links you click on, which devices you use for it, and what their technical characteristics are. Personal data can also be accessed by a cooperation partner providing IT services to us and a cooperation partner in marketing services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
