After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store. The product to be returned must be complete, i.e. contain all items included in the product packaging. In the event that the product has been purchased as part of a campaign, where another product has been added to the product, the entire set of products must be returned.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, Tööriistamarket e-store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the return application (see below) or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

On receipt of the returned goods, the Tööriistamarket e-store will return all fees received from the buyer under the contract to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.

The e-store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has sent the item back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Tööristamarket e-store, the Tööristamarket e-store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.

Return formalization

1. Fill out the "Return of Goods Application" in docx format.

2. Send the completed application to epood@trm.ee.

3. Return the products according to the selected return method.

Ways of returning goods

It is possible to return the ordered goods to the Tööriistamarket stores or through the Omniva parcel machine, depending on the delivery method.
