- NEVERCOLD toe warmers are small bags made of porous material that contains a mixture of vermiculite, iron and wood powder, active carbon and salt
- when the bag is opened, the mixture reacts with air to form heat - the reaction continues for 6 - 7 hours
- the heat generation may be interrupted by moving the bag to an oxygen-free place, e.g. in an airtight minigrip bag, allowing the hand warmer to be used later
- used inside the footwear as a comfortable and efficient additional heat source
- the bag has a self-adhesive surface to keep it in place between sock and shoe
