Instructions
1. Slip the cutter onto the exhaust pipe and turn the handle clockwise to tighten the jaws
2. Pull the handle out and down in one action to engage the ratchet and start cutting
3. After one full revolution, rotate the handle 1/4 turn clockwise
4. Repeat this after each full revolution until the pipe is cut
